Mount Damavand, a potentially active volcano 5,600 m high, is a stratovolcano that is the highest peak in Iran and the highest volcano in Asia Damavand has a special place in Persian mythology and folklore

It is in the middle of the Alborz range, adjacent to Varārū, Sesang, Gol-e Zard, and Mīānrūd. It is near the southern coast of the Caspian Sea, in Amol County, Mazandaran Province, 66 kilometers (41 miles) northeast of the city of Tehran, it is the 12th most prominent peak in the world and, the second most prominent in Asia after Mount Everest. It is part of the Volcanic Seven Summits mountaineering challenge

AlamKouh also Alam Kuh is a mountain in the Alborz mountain range in the north part of Iran, forming a peak of Takht-e Suleyman Massif with an elevation of 4,850 meters, It is the second-highest peak in Iran after Mount Damavand

ITINERARY

Day 1: Arrival in Tehran, Emam airport transfer, and
overnight at Hotel
Day 2: Departure from Tehran to Kalardasht (by private), 6 hours and from and overnight at mountain Complex in Roudbarak
Day 3: After breakfast, drive by small truck to the Tang-e-Galu at (3,900) take (40min)and then trek the Hesarchal valley (4,050m),(1 hour), overnight on
the grass area at the Tent
Day 4: Early morning start to climb to the AlamKouh summit, and descent to the Tang-e-Galu then transfer to Roudbarak village and a short tour around the lodge in the forest area overnight at Lodge
Day 5: After breakfast drive to Tehran, subsequently drive to Polur county (8 hours) (2,040 m) by lux private car overnight at Local House
Day 6: After breakfast transfer to Gousfandsara (Mosque) by small truck and overnight in Tent
Day 7: After breakfast, hiking toward Bargahe 3rd 4,150 m overnight at a hut or Tent
Day 8: Midnight start to climb to the Damavand summit 5,671 m (4 to 6 hours) and back down overnight at the tent
Day 9: After breakfast, start to descent to Polur and same-day return to Tehran overnight at Hotel
Day 10: Sightseeing in Tehran, and overnight at Hotel
Day 11:Transfer to the airport and fly to Home
