Alamkouh Damavand ski tour

ITINERARY

Day 1: Arrival in Tehran, Emam airport transfer, and overnight at Hotel
Day 2: After a late breakfast visit Bazaar, Golestan Palaces, Iran National Museum (Archaeological Museum) late lunch at a nice restaurant in the mountain next to the river and Sa’ad Abad Palaces
Day 3: Leave for Takht e Soleyman mountains region, 200 km northwest of Tehran (5 hours driving) – Roudbarak village (1,400 m) lunch in a local house or restaurant on the way, in the afternoon slight trekking in the beautiful nature of this region among Nomads & villages and thick forest, dinner in the local house
Day 4: Driving by car/truck for Vandarbon as far as possible (it depends on the snow condition of the time) up to 2,300 m and then trekking & skiing further on (baggage carry-on with mules also depending on the snow conditions) to the base camp in Tangeh-Galou Valley (2,750m– 3,200m) we do some skiing & trekking tour for more acclimatization near the Base camp
Day 5: Start climbing on ski to Lashgarak Mountain (4,256m 6 to 8 hours) ascending uphill and skiing all the way down back to the Base camp in Tang e Galou
Day 6: Early morning we do a skiing & trekking tour to Chalon Mountain  (4,516 m 6 to 7 hours) ascending uphill and skiing all the way down back to the base camp in Tang e Galou, and driving back to Roudbarak and along the coast of  Caspian Sea  to Chalus – Mahmoud Abad – Amol and Rineh village (2,000 m)
Day 7: Drive by jeep to the Gousfandsara/Shepherd house (3,200 m) and start the climb on ski to the Bargah e Sewom Hut (4,200 m) Luggage will be transported by mules or porters (5 – 6 hours)
Day 8: Midnight starts trekking & climbing on ski to the summit of 5,671 m it takes 7-8 hours, and skiing all the way down to the Hut or Polur the luggage will be transported downhill to the Gousfandsara and by mules and afterward by jeep to Polur (Uphill 1,400 m Downhill 2,650 m.)
Day 9: Reserve day for the second attempt ( if the first attempt fails due to bad weather or unforeseen happening ), Very early in the morning start trekking & skiing to the summit (7 – 8 hours of ascending ) and skiing all the way down to the Hut or Polur
Day 10: Depart from Hut or Polur via beautiful Haraz road, and drive back to Tehran have some more sight-seeing of Tehran and also farewell dinner in a nice typical Iranian restaurant
Day 11: Transfer to airport and flight to home

BOOKING PROCEDURE

Passport and flight ticket scan and sent by email can be cleared with photography, prepayment of 500 Euro € per person through the Turkey bank, and the rest of the money will be received in cash

their own home country
